Hello!

 I am a sugarcrafter and an artist, and my speciality is exploring the medium of sugar as an expressive art form, finding ways of using sugar pastes, royal icing and crystallised sugar to create sugar pictures and sugar sculptures. Sometimes I even use my discoveries to decorate cakes! If you are a sugarcrafter, cake decorator or an artist or just curious, I hope you will find plenty to interest you here.

 Within my site I have created the official record of Taste of Art 3, an exhibition of sugarcraft also exploring sugar as an art medium, which I had the pleasure to coordinate in May 2002 at Guildford House Gallery in Guildford, Surrey.
