Handbag made for 'Cakes and Sugarcraft' magazine, inspired by the trend for larger bags featured in 'Vogue', and nice to think I was one of the first to feature handbags as cakes way back in 2009 - but is it a cake, or is it a sculpture?

Leaf sculpture, 30 x 16 cm made from flower paste and royal icing, and inspired by leaves fallen to the floor of the old glass house at Wisley Gardens.

Candy Striped Camellia Sundae

Inspired by the Candy Striped Camellia bush growing in Pembroke Lodge, Richmond Park and the idea of candy, this sculpture just had to be made in a sundae glass. Flower paste, polystyrene balls and wire.

Coral Reef
A royal iced piece, made from curled royal icing and mounted on a background of royal icing.

Fire, Water, Air, Earth
4 Plaques with air-brushing, pastillage and raised pressure piping.

Glad Rags
A 1 metre high tiered piece inspired by the fashions of the 1930's.
Sugarpaste on polystyrene.

Old Lady
Novelty Cake with all bows made from royal icing.
