Paddi Clark
Paddis love of working in sugar is a passionate one, reflected in the enthusiasm and vitality displayed in all her work. Her interest of sugar as an art form, has allowed the development and innovation of different creative methods and styles using sugar. Paddi has obtained numerous qualifications in her subject area and is currently an External Verifier on qualification courses and a competition candidate judge. Paddi has demonstrated sugarcraft on television and overseas, teaches sugarcraft, written numerous articles in Squires Kitchen magazines, and teaches in Squires International School of Sugarcraft. She has had her designs published in the book Sweet Charity.
